What to expect from our recruitment process
- Initial and confidential discussion to establish employment and business needs
- AgriPeople to create advertising and market the role across a range of media
- On-line application completion, shortlisting and reference checking of candidates
- AgriPeople to present suitable candidates for interview
- Follow up on interview outcomes, make employment offers and advise unsuccessful applicants
- Six (6) week follow up on the Employment Relationship with an eight (8) week guarantee
